Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.
It is often said one should establish a daily practice, but how does one go about that?
I have personally tried for years to start and maintain a daily practice. Depending on my life at the time, this has had varying degrees of success. Just keep trying. As everyone is different, so is what constitutes your daily practice.
A few things that I have found to work for me (your mileage may very).
Have a short version (5 minutes or so) for the days that you can’t find more time.
Also have the long version (make time for it) It will also get faster and easier the more you do it.
Write it down! Journal about it, write what the plan is, just write. This was something that I was bad at until I started to think of it as text messages to myself.
Most of all just keep trying different things until you find what works for you.
Love is the law, love under will.
